ZS-800T-CF + ZS-8040T automatic side sealer is a highly efficient all-electric side sealer that combines a hot knife end seal with an adjustable seal and trims knife. The trim knife is actuated when the product moves past the cross seal. Compared to conventional automatic L-bar sealers, the machine can pack products of any length at high speed
The side sealer with 2pcs of protection photoelectricity that the main function is protect worker or product damage when machine wrong action.when have person touch the knife or product has been cutted by knife that the metal will be lift.then the machine will stop working immediately after the photoelectrity got signal.
1.Feeding length controls through a combination of electric eye detection and time relay to control precise film length that makes it easier to control the contraction effect.
2.Waste film automatically rolling. Using independent motor control, rolling speed uniform and smooth will not too tight or too loose which can avoid break the waste film and the rewinding plate is easy disassembly.
3.Adopt Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller and 7-inch man machine interface, simple operation.
4.The sealing blade itself is equipped with automatic protection function which effectively prevent from accidental cutting.
5.Automatic mode and manual mode can be switched at any time which convenient to replace the shrink film.
6.The entire machine realizes unmanned operation with the production line connecting.
