ZST-5565CL is standard automatic vertical L bar sealer which is widely used in the packaging assembly line of mass production with high efficiency. Adopt two sets of horizontal and vertical photoelectric eyes, easy to convert, thin or small products, can Easily complete packaging, PLC programming, simple and convenient operation, with safety protection and alarm function. Suitable for single or combined packaging of products of different shapes, convenient and easy to change product specifications. Usable range: Applied to mass productions in industry like tea box, food, cosmetics, printing products, bathing etc.
The product feed: Manual or automatic, two groups of photoelectric detect the product’s length automatically, the upper and lower photoelectric or both side can be selected according to the product. Dimension adjusting: Width and height are easily adjusted by hand-wheel. Suitable film: POF thermal shrinkage film. Thickness range of film: 15-30micron. Edge film collection: Equipped with edge film collection device automatically. The temperature of horizontal and side sealing knife: Constant temperature. The driver of horizontal and side sealing knife: Driven by cylinder with cutting protection device. Control system: Mitsubishi PLC control, working stability. Air pressure: 6 bar, filtered through oil and water. Equipment with caster and foot cup device, easy to move and fix. Fast-loading film system and multiple needle-rolling punch.
